- Inspection of the E&I and HVAC & Telecom activities; - Follow up “ Inspection and Test Plan “ (ITP); - Insure that there is a strong health and safety culture when executing works; - Inspection of the work force for to have the correct competency and certificates; - Incoming Inspection of the material dept to ensure that materials have all needed documentation before start of work; - Performing inspection for all E&I equipment’s installations, hookup, loop checking and functional testing are in compliance with the technical requirement according to the project specification; - Inspection of cable installation including cable trays, cable glands, termination, insulation resistance, continuity testing etc; - Witnessing all tests including verification and calibration of instruments and safety devices; - Inspection of Fiber optic cable installation; - Also performed Instrument Calibrations, Pressure Leak Testing, Loop Checking; - Inspection and Installation for pressure testing of impulse lines and manifolds; - Inspection at substations in the high and low voltage side, power transformer, Switchgears & UPS Panel, Small power circuit, Lightning protection and Earthing system; - Red Line Mark Up on drawings for E&I and Telecom Disciplines; - Controlling contractor procedures, inspection and test plans and other technical and quality documents, to ensure effective controls; - Closing check list and punch list; - Take actions whenever there are persons violating rules and procedures; - Give input to develop the site: Equipment, personnel, organization; - Equipment’s installation and inspection in Hazardous area (EX INSPECTION).

- Coordination and tracking closure of ITRs and Punches for further successfully completing of Subsystems; - Uploading / Closing checklists and Punch List Items into the SPITCH System. Good knowledge of working SPITCH Software; - Arranging and Participation of the MCWD (Mechanical Completion Walkdown) for the checking and ensuring that all activities are completed at the site as per the ITRs for the further closing subsystem. Performed all duties required to coordinate mechanical completion walk downs and coordinated and planned for mechanical completion walk down; - Colloborate with Construction and QA/QC departments for deciding any issues for closing ITRs and Punch Items; - Prepare Loop Folders, Work Packages, and Completion Dossiers (electronic unless required hardcopy by regulatory) to support the approval/acceptance of Systems or SubSystem Groups according to the Turnover / Handover Philosophy; - Preparation of DCRF (Data Change Request Form) for the deletion of Tags and ITRs from the Spitch System according to RLM drawings; - Confirmed Punch list items and ITR and MC/PC Certificate status were continuously updated and sent as Daily Reports; - Preparation of system handover certification dossier and associated documentation with attention to detail; - Performed all duties required to get all certificates signed by the Client.

OV Electrical and Instrumental Installation works MEI Project - Carrying out electrical and control measurement works: lighting, power, thermal tracking, fire and gas etc. starting with detailed review of documents installation, mechanical completion commissioning; - Performance of electrical, instrument, fiber optic and measurement work; - Delivery of the object in accordance with all requirements and standards, including the delivery of all documents (check list, punch list, ITP); - Conduct surveillance and witness testing associated with equipment and system in accordance with Inspection Test Plan ITP; - Raising for completed jobs Notification For Inspection NFI (Witness, Hold Point, Surveillance, Review, Type of ITP and Section, type of QVD as per ITP section, Contractor/Subcontractor name if available, inspection date) - Monitoring of electrical ant instrumentation installation, above and below ground, equipment installation, cable tray, cable pulling, laying, dressing, tagging, segregation, section cross, glanding, termination and final testing; - Issue Non-Conformance Report NCR and Surveillance Report SR for violation of specifications, installation details or design and layout; - Making inspection as per ITP, and checking as per Quality Verification Document QVD, Barcoded or NonBarcoded QVD as per type of inspection (partially or full) and System/Subsystem number. - Witness and verify all testing during inspection and preinspection: continuity, insulation resistance IR (in cable trench after pulling and after backfilling), ductor test for e-rod and earthing cables, attenuation for FO cables, Outer and Separation sheath tests and VLF (HI-POT) for HV cables; - Review procedures for testing/examining components with optimal ways and technical methods.

- Responsible with the tracking verification of the QAQC Documents; - Collect the quality documents from the QC Inspectors; - Verify and ensure that inspectors are using the last updated version of QVD’s received from the Client - Control if the drawings attached to the NFI’s are in approved for construction code; - In case of deviations from the design, attach to the documentation the Red line Mark Up and sketches provided by the Engineering Team; - Communicate effectively with supervision and employees; - Assist when necessary to prepare and organize QA duties; - Assist the quality department with overflow documentation work; - Schedule meetings, record minutes when required; - Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of the Quality Department; -Performs other administration related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the department.
